 1) ENTRIES:  Enter ONLINE at evententries.com. Check website (www.radnorhuntht.org) for updated omnibus and additional information. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries: Accepted.   Entries are considered accepted when all paperwork and fees are received. Scratches must be in writing or via email only. No phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $25 office only if place can be filled from a wait list.  Competition Cancellation-Less $25 office fee

Change fee after 9/25=$25.00; Change fee after 10/5=$50.00.

Negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months.

2) TENTATIVE TIME SCHEDULE:

Fri: Cross-country courses open-3 pm.

Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:00 am. Cross Country 12:00 Noon

3) AWARDS: 8 ribbons per division. Open Divisions: $500 each level and Preliminary C.T.

4) STARTING TIMES: Available October 9 at www.radnorhuntht.org 

5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: Limited stabling available at nearby farms. Bedding provided – riders should muck stalls before leaving. Check entry status on web site for stabling assignments. Veterinarian:  Kim Russell, # will be posted by the Show Jumping Arenas and Website.

7) DIRECTIONS: Address: 826 Providence Rd., Malvern, PA  19355

From I-476: Take Route 3 west, go 6 mi. to Providence Rd. (traffic light), turn right, go 2 mi.

From PA Turnpike: Exit 24 (Valley Forge) take 202 South to exit 252 South. Follow 252 for 7 mi. to light at Goshen Rd. Go right onto Goshen, go 3.4 mi to stop sign. Go right on Providence Rd. 

8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena size: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B -Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Screenings & sand.

9) CROSS COUNTRY: T-2400m  @ 420 mpm. N-2000m @ 350 mpm. Courses: Moderate course for the level.  Suitable for the horse and rider with experience at the level.  Very inviting, confidence building courses over gently rolling terrain. 

10) OTHER INFORMATION:

Cross-country course closed September 28.

Entry limit: 120 horses. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Excellent food on the grounds and Radnor Hunt Club will be open for cash lunch.

Dogs must be leashed.

Party: Saturday Evening for all friends, competitors, volunteers and sponsors at the Radnor Hunt Club.
